After running script clipboard history no longer works

Hi,

Since running the script and choosing specific options my clipboard history no longer works.

Can anyone help me re-enable this.

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System" -Name "AllowClipboardHistory" -Type DWord -Value 1
Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKCU:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Clipboard" -Name "EnableClipboardHistory" -Type DWord -Value 1

This resolved my issue after a reboot.

Heya, glad you managed to fix it. Did you use any other tools other than Win11Debloat? This script does not change any settings related to the clipboard history. I personally use it very often.

Unfortunately this didnt work, i suspect following a reboot it must be changing something in group policy that re-apply's this.

I did also run WinAero but i dont think thats set to change anything to do with Copy-Paste, also noticed additionally the snipping tool doesnt work on using Crtl+Shft+S

Thats odd Raphire you would know as its your script very odd then will look at something else.

Very strange indeed. Some tools (I believe WinAero can too) add a task that runs every reboot. I would check task scheduler to see if anything is present there.

As for the snipping tool, Win11Debloat can remove that app, but its only removed if you manually select it. You can check if the program is still there by searching for it in Windows Search.

It hasnt removed the actual program but the shortcuts no longer work....

I did check WinAero but that didnt have the option to disable either and I only ran those two modifiers after a fresh install of Windows 11.

Hmm, is it possible that your Windows key is blocked/disabled by your keyboard? In some cases this is done with a dedicated key or a key combo like Fn + Win. You could look up the model of your keyboard or laptop to check.

OMG.....

Ignore me Raphire bang on buddy, my razer keyboard disables windows key in FPS mode and i totally forgot... im an idiot.
