Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 Athena Sword expansion pack closes itself after installing the SafeDiscShim #39

Hey there, this is just my first time installing the expansion pack for the base/original game, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shieldm but when I open the setup.exe after a struggle with the installer saying it failed to load the required DLL, it instead closes itself for no reason, and here's the log file from the SafeDiscShim I randomly got

So, in any cases, the original game is just perfectly fine and it's patched as well, only the expansion pack that's really unforgiving to install it this time in a modern system (Windows 10).
Does anyone got the same issue as well? I'm just curious, but still need some help
