VoIP Caller ID and Video Chats

I have the Google Play version of TooUI (Samsung Flip 4), and I would like to ask if it is possible to have video chats or some controls for app-based calls like in Facebook Messenger or Viber (like in Coverscreen OS). With Messenger specifically, the cover will only show a red "tap to return to call" bar which does nothing, and I have to open the phone to mute or end the call.

Sorry, but I am unfamiliar with Coverscreen OS functionality.

My apologies, I was trying to ask if there could be some controls for VoIP calls like Messenger, Viber, Whatsapp etc. Something like answer/decline, mute, the other person's name, and end call. Coverscreen OS was just an example

Coverscreen OS is a freemium application that overlays the existing launcher, while SamSprung is an add-on to the existing launcher that extends existing functionality. It will depend on whether it can be done without altering that purpose.
