Server List Management

• Design server connection configuration file format (JSON or INI)
• Implement server configuration file read/write functionality as a component shared between launcher and client
• Create UI elements for displaying and managing server list
• Implement functionality to add and remove servers manually
• Develop feature to download server list from project's page or GitHub
