Clarification on the Best use of custom agents with SharePoint Category #109

I'm just looking at the categories, and I am seeking clarification on what would qualify for this one. Are you explicitly looking for solutions that deliver capability as a Copilot/SharePoint Agent (as a governed entity) or would solutions that leverage Azure AI models and deliver a RAG capability in a SharePoint web part also qualify for this category? |

I'm really sorry for the delay on getting back on this. This category does allow indeed any agentic SharePoint in SharePoint - we will update the category name also as "Agents in SharePoint" and you can use any technology to do that. Evaluation of the submission is not only based on the tech complexity, but on the overall story. Having a custom agent with Foundry and exposing that with SPFx web part will have that video then valid for at least two categories: to the agents in SharePoint and on the SPFx category. |
