Description

Student orgs lose their operational playbook every single year when senior officers graduate. The next generation is forced to start completely from scratch.

LegacyHub is a multi-tenant AI workspace built to stop this knowledge drain. I used Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and SharePoint to build an autonomous agent that actively manages club operations. Instead of burying handoff documents in forgotten folders, outgoing officers just chat with our bot. The agent parses the intent and writes directly to our backend database. It automatically updates active SharePoint Kanban boards and priority insight feeds in real time. We built a secure system that keeps data strictly siloed for different campus clubs so the new officers actually have the data they need on day one.
