Include OXPath logger output

We should make the output of OXPath logger available to the user, either on stdout or in a log file.

Currently the wrapper script is logging to stdout, which can be read using the docker logs command, e.g. "docker logs oxpath". This includes messages from oxpath.

A distinct logging from the oxpath cli itself will be added in the future, ideally to a logfile.
