How to import vertically merge cell

In my excel file, There is only one cell in Column A, but 5 cells in Column B. However, after importing to database, there is only 1 cell in Column B. I need to import all of 5 cells.

image-02 is what it will look like after imported the data in the database
image-03 is my expected appearance of the data in the database

 }

I think it's because of if ($row[0] == null || $row[0] == '订单编号') { return; } You skip every row that has no first column
