Set up automated publishing to Scoop

Automate updates to Scoop bucket for hyprwt.

Steps:

1. Create or use a Scoop bucket repo (e.g., github.com/Stephanvs/scoop-bucket).
2. Add hyprwt.json to the bucket.
3. In release.yml, add a job to:
   • Clone the bucket repo.
   • Update hyprwt.json with new version, url, and hash (from windows-x64.tar.gz).
   • Commit and push.
4. Use token for auth.
5. Test: scoop install hyprwt
