Porosity is now pre-computed by the stratigraphy process, which eliminates the need for explicit dependencies in some cases.
...instead of closure! and invclosure! directly
Also makes AbstractModel a subtype of AbstractProcess which it probably should have been all along...
Also adds dummy impl of VegetationSoilModel
