TWRP v3.7.1 on SM-A515F (A13)

Hi, I just came to ask if the latest version of TWRP for the A51 4G works on Android 13. I saw that the file says it's for Android 12, but in the update news (on the web) it says that apparently 3.7. 1 works for Android 12 and later.

One more question... Do you recommend installing TWRP using the TWRP app? I read on the website that it's a good idea to install TWRP with root installed first. That's all I'm asking :U
