[Roadmap] Use fastIMU instead for SlimeVR Optical trackers

fastIMU supports more IMUs and has a easier to use API compared to SlimeVR ESP sensor code.
Either implement fastIMU into SlimeVR ESP or create a custom ESP firmware instead.
