Add Podman installation to documention

### Describe feature

I would like to start using Podman because of its better rootless implementation and open-source Podman Desktop front end. Although I was able to adapt the existing docker-compose.yaml to work with Podman, I’m still inexperienced and would greatly appreciate guidance to ensure a proper and reliable setup.
