Modify behaviour of the "Home" and "End" keys in the Subtitle Grid #549

In most programs, pressing Home moves the cursor to the start of the current line, and End moves it to the end. To jump to the start or end of the document, you typically use Ctrl+Home or Ctrl+End.

Currently, in Aegisub, Home and End behave like I would expect Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End to behave—taking you straight to the start or end of the subtitle grid. Pressing Ctrl+Home or Ctrl+End has the same effect as pressing Home or End.

My feature request is for Home/End to navigate within the current line, while Ctrl+Home/End would jump to the start or end of the current event in the subtitle grid. This would be particularly useful when modifying events that contain multiple lines, whether for comment collaboration, typesetting, or other tasks.
