rserver_monitor(): log status of the different processes to ~/.config/rsc/rsession-monitor.log

For the sake of troubleshooting, the internal `rserver_monitor()` could log the status of each process it checks, and what actions it took.  The proposed log file would be `~/.config/rsc/rsession-monitor.log` (currently non-existing).
