sap.f.DynamicPage: Header misalignment due to scroll behavior and added margin

What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

Open the sample DynamicPageFreeStyle

Error:

The dynamic page header becomes misaligned with the rest of the header content because a margin is added to the right to compensate for the scrollbar width. This results in visible horizontal misalignment when the scrollbar appears.

Expected behavior:

The margin adjustment should not be applied, as it causes layout inconsistency.
