[Menu/Split Button]: Text alignment and fixed width

Bug Description

When applying a fixed width to a menu button, the text and arrow down icon are center aligned. However, the text should be left aligned, while the arrow down icon should be right aligned.
When applying a fixed width to a split button, the text is center aligned, while it should be left aligned.
