[Wizard]: After moving to the next wizard step no information is being read out by screen reader

Bug Description

After clicking button to go to the next step of the Wizard (placed in a Dialog) there is no information read out by the screen reader about being on the next step.

Screen reader should inform the user about new content (next step of the Wizard) appearing on the screen.
