enhancement: update Go runtime metrics to make it compatible with Prometheus Go SDK #97
Description
Go runtime metrics has changed a lot since 2ec1497, which is the last time github.com/VictoriaMetrics/metrics updated it. Also, as comment #94 (comment) mentioned, some of the currently exposed metrics are no longer recommended for use.
It would be good to review the Go runtime metrics now and make it compatible with Prometheus Go SDK.
