VictoriaMetrics doesn't show up in Trace to metrics in the jaeger datasource

When you have the jaeger data source and the victoriametrics data source both installed in grafana. The victoriametrics data source should show up under Trace to metrics provider settings in jaeger.

The current workaround for this is to use the prometheus datasource and point it to victoriametrics.

@Sleuth56 thanks for issue! Currently jaeger support only the prometheus datasource for trace to metrics. I created issue to support victoriametrics ds.
