docs: Update Guide to Book Clubs

Summary

Update file here: Guide to Book Clubs

Context

I think we need documentation around Virtual Coffee's Book Clubs and how to successfully hold one. Right now, there isn't much documented; it's more word-of-mouth.

Goals

I would like to document some standard procedures, such as promoting via the #book-club Slack channel and using our VC Book Club category in GitHub Discussions. We have an Amazon Book Club as well, but it isn't routinely used.

Then I would like to collect some tips and lessons learned from past Book Club Leads. This should include things they thought went well, things they wished they had done differently, and what someone can reasonably expect when hosting a VC Book Club.

Lastly, I'd like to list previous Book Clubs with their Leads and link them back to the GitHub Discussions.

The first thing that comes to mind is to temper the expectations of anybody who is leading a book club. It's easy to get discouraged when people don't participate. If you run a book club and have two people reading the book (one of them you) and contributing to discussions throughout, that is a success.

I'll try to organize more thoughts later.
