Community discussion channels beyond Russia Telegram

Besides the Russia Telegram group, are there any other official or community-driven channels for OpenUDS where users and developers can have more in-depth discussions?
.
For example, I was wondering whether there are (or could be) platforms such as GitHub Discussions, a dedicated forum, a separate repository for feature proposals (RFCs), or any other space that would better support structured discussions, long-term knowledge sharing, and community-driven feature suggestions.

Telegram works well for quick questions, but for architectural discussions, design decisions, or feature proposals, a more persistent and searchable platform could be very valuable for the OpenUDS community.
