Database Migration

The old database will be exported from postgres to a portable format before being imported.

If we fleshed out these plans (which we won't do right now) then we'd be identifying the exact format and software we need to do the migration from our old DB schema to our new SDK.

We have some details on about this, but not many.

This will need to happen before we can fully switch over to our new infrastructure.
