0065 XLS - 65d: Single Asset Vault - Modifications/Upgrades

This is a thread on improving XLS 65d - Single Asset Vault proposal where new ideas will added in order to upgrade it.

Open discussion on the validity, plausibility and usefulness of all suggestions/ideas/proposals is encouraged.

I will start by allowing the Vault manager an option to set a timed lock on withdrawals.

For example, on the first of every month the Vault will be opened for a 24 hour period in order to allow liquidity providers to make withdrawals.

Think this type of functionality may be useful for things like staking and possibly futures contracts etc.
