Update Deposit Auth concept article to mention credential preauthorization #3331
Description
The DepositAuth article has a section on preauthorization but it doesn't mention the feature (added by the Credentials amendment) where users can be preauthorized on a credential basis instead of individually. It should be updated accordingly.
