Improve test coverage of AccountLinesResultJsonTests

In AccountLinesResultJsonTests , one of the trustlines in the test-cases should have all the booleans set to true (e.g., deep_freeze and deep_freeze_peer) and maybe all values set (to ensure proper deserialization).
