Zak phase for 1D nanowires

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to calculate the Zak phase or other topological invariant of 1D systems from ab-initio calculations (+wannier90)? The only reference about this in z2pack was this article on the web : https://topocondmat.org/w8_general/invariants.html
