Range card too big on normal interface size and above

Mods (complete and add to the following information):

• Arma 3: 2.20.152984
• CBA: 3.18.5
• ACE3: 3.20.2

Description:
The range card is too large and you can not read the bottom information (Bore height) if the display is set to "Normal" or larger in Options > Video > Display > Interface Size if you have a game resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Options > Video > Display > Interface Size
2. Set Interface Size to Large (the default, I think?)
3. Open the range Card
4. See that it doesn't fit the screen.

Expected behavior:
Any of the following:

1. The range card fits onto the screen.
2. An option to scale the range card separately in addon options
3. The entire card is click and dragable, similar to "ATragMX" instead of only the header if the card

Where did the issue occur?
