Add and modify timing function

Can you add a function that can change the timing of 0 and 1 codes during initialization? When I was using the Raspberry Pi Pico W, I encountered a problem with flashing light beads due to the different timing of WS2812B. Therefore, I think I need a function that can change the timing.
