[Enhancement]: Support for Giscus and GraphComment as Comment System Alternatives to Disqus #1771

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your amazing work on PaperMod.
I recently managed to integrate Disqus on my blog thanks to some existing community guides. However, I noticed that Disqus has been increasingly unreliable—they sometimes delete communities or comments without clear reason.
Therefore, I would like to request support for alternative commenting systems like Giscus and GraphComment.
Giscus is a GitHub-powered comment system that is privacy-friendly and lightweight. GraphComment is another modern alternative that offers robust moderation features. Both of them are widely used by developers and bloggers today.
Currently, I am not sure if PaperMod supports these out of the box. If not, it would be a great feature to have. Disqus should not be the only option, especially given recent issues. Having multiple options increases flexibility and sustainability for content creators.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this. If possible, I’d also be happy to help test or document the integration if added.
