Create an end-to-end demo from the cardial tutorial

@aranas and @MaxBalmus have previously created a tutorial for a typical cardiac model emulation pipeline, with an open PR. This would be a good starting point to extend into a demo for AI UK. At least three things need doing:

• update code to AutoEmulate v0.2.0
• add detailed explanations
• add MCMC inference

I wonder if it might be interesting to also include history matching as an example calibration method as it already comes implemented in mogp-emulator.

Closing as the cardiac tutorial was merged in #233 and the rest of the requirements listed here were specifically for when we envisaged this being used for an AIUK demo.
