Support "defer" and "async" on scripts

It would be nice to request that a bundle script tag be written with the "async" or "defer" attributes: http://www.growingwiththeweb.com/2014/02/async-vs-defer-attributes.html.

These are pretty widely supported now and contribute to faster page loading.
