[bug] bottom bar mismatch with bandwidth limit #110
Description
I usually notice it with upload.
When upload is bandwidth limited, instead of upload - on the left side - grow incrementally as time goes on at the same rate as the set limit, after a few seconds depending on how much the program wants to upload, it suddenly jumps to it.
I'm not sure if it is because the interface is not working well with the option or whether there is something wrong with the implementation. I'm afraid it might be the latter since in upload restricted networks, if there is too much upload at once the connection drops and it happens even with heavily limited upload speed.
I use slipgate v1.3.1 and slipnet v2.4.4. Using dnstt + ssh and tried any upload limit including 4KB/s.
You can recreate this with uploading media.
