Can't change font style while writing without changing it for the whole block #2905

Description

@lakshay487

Have you read a contributing guide?

  • I have read CONTRIBUTING.md
  • I have searched the existing issues and didn't find any that were similar
  • I have considered creating a pull request with fixes instead of a bug report and want to proceed

Current Behavior

When I click on the "aA" button, or write the /style command, anytype changes completely unpromptedly changes the style of the whole paragraph.

Expected Behavior

Just change the font style for the future text (the text that is going to be typed now) without messing up with the existing one unless it is selected by the user.
I'm aware that if I want to change font style of a particular work/sentence, I can hold it and then do so but that's very inconvenient because I have to later find and revisit those small parts of the wall of text that I've written.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Write something.
  2. Anyhow try to change the font without restyling what you've already written.
  3. Realize that you can't.

Environment

- OS: Android 15
- Version:0.41.5
