help request: pnpm dev启动前端后，如何启动后端？

Description

通过git clone的方式克隆了apisix_dashboard代码，通过pnpm install 安装依赖后，pnpm dev启动前端应用，浏览器会报代理地址超时，是因为没有启动对应的后端服务
cd e2e
cd server
执行docker compose up -d 会报Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": read tcp 172.20.235.217:35848->107.20.151.46:443: read: connection reset by peer
不清楚这个要如何处理？

或者说 我想要正常启动前端页面 页面上请求能够正常请求 正确的步骤是什么？
