Troubleshooting Services Orchestrations improvements

During #591, there were identified several issues that might need to be updated.

Issues

• In the section, there is: "You can turn HTTP requests and responses tracing by setting the following property:" quarkus.log.category."org.apache.http".level=DEBUG

  • Missing information, where to set the property

• In the section, there is: "Reset the application so the log configuration is propagated. After that, you can find HTTP tracing in your logs."

  • Missing information on how to reset the application and where to find the log.

Acceptance criteria

All issues above are resolved.
