Connecting apache superset BI with postgreSQL

Hello fella’s. I have tried everything read some much of documentation and did everything chat got said but was not able to connect my superset BI with postgres sql. I have tried to connect both methods with url and the other as well but evey time it gives error that port 5432 is not open. ans connection issues. I have checked my firewall as well and added new rules as well but no to avail. Please help me connect my superset BI with postgresql
