Feature request: Dynamic Table Height Adjustment for Table/Chart Components

Currently, the table component in Apache Superset has a static height or requires manual adjustment via drag/resize in the dashboard editor. This creates some layout and usability issues:

• When the dataset is small, the table area still takes up excessive empty space on the dashboard.
• When the dataset is large, users are forced to scroll inside the table (internal scroll), which can be confusing and reduces readability.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce a dynamic table height adjustment option so that the table height automatically adapts to the number of displayed rows.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keeping the current manual resize option is possible, but it does not solve the empty space or double-scroll problem.

Additional context

Acceptance Criteria / Expected Behavior:

1. Configuration Option

   • Add a toggle/checkbox in the chart/table settings: "Adjust height dynamically" (default: off).

2. Behavior

   • When enabled, the table height adjusts to the number of rows (up to a configurable maximum, e.g., 1000px).
   • Small datasets → table height shrinks accordingly.
   • Large datasets → table grows until it hits the max height limit to avoid breaking the dashboard layout.

3. Dashboard Integration

   • No double scrolling (internal table scroll + page scroll).
   • Manual resize still supported when the option is disabled.

Benefits:

• Better use of dashboard space.
• Improved readability (avoids double scrollbars).
• Adds flexibility for dashboards with dynamic layouts.
