Add a test to verify installation profile #421
Description
Add at least an automated test class to verify the distribution under the following installation options:
- Setting the Apigee Connection settings
- No monetization
- Enable demo content
Verify the following:
- Frontpage loading with featured APIs, main menu links, account links (apps, my account, logout).
- Viewing an API Doc page: making sure SmartDocs widget is rendered.
