list_libraries mcp tool for multiple library searches

I added onto #14 about supporting library wildcards for search.

This idea could be immediately helpful and also still be helpful if that was implemented.

I tried prompting: use search_docs for each library starting with rpi-pico to find out how many buttons an rpi pico w has

However, this triggers approval for the command line running of docs-mcp-server.

Perhaps if listing libraries was exposed as an MCP tool we could get wildcard library searching via prompts?

I tried this, but still way more than two tool approvals:

use npx cli 'list' command to find all mcp-docs-server libraries starting with 'rpi-pico' and then use an external loop to search those libraries for "how many buttons does the pico w have" There should not be multiple command approvals for the search loop.
