Fix micros() rollover

It was getting the 32 bit value dividing by system clock speed and returning
it, so it never fully went through the 32 bit value to properly rollover
changed to retrieve the 64 bit value instead, which appears to work
```
unsigned long micros(void) {
  return k_cyc_to_us_floor32(k_cycle_get_64());
}
```
Output from example sketch from before, shows rollover now:
