IDE Not Finding Dependencies

Both in the examples repo (nestjs example) and in my own repo where I have a basic stub nestjs application, the IDE is not finding the npm dependencies.

My configuration is essentially identical to https://github.com/aspect-build/bazel-examples/tree/main/nestjs, but it's in a monorepo
