Proposal: split up package

Hi, I've started using openapi-zod-client in a project of mine and quite like it. I was wondering if there is a possibility of splitting up the package. One package would be for the Zodios integration and the other would be for generating the Zod types based off the OpenAPI definition.

I bring this up because I have no interest in using Zodios as I do not have control over the backend types. (Zodios also has not had a release since August 2023, though it may be feature complete, so that may not be an issue. It is mentioned in #305 however.) I do have a strong interest in the Zod types being generated from the OpenAPI definition, though.

I'd like to do the same thing but keeping the endpoints declaration so I'm trying to see if that's possible.
