Describe the bug.

The AnnouncementBanner is displayed correctly on the Home page with proper margins (top and bottom).
However, on other pages such as Blogs, Community, etc., the banner does not maintain the same spacing. This causes the banner to appear misaligned and inconsistent compared to the Home page.

Expected behavior

The AnnouncementBanner should have consistent spacing and alignment across all pages, maintaining the same UI as seen on the Home page.

How to Reproduce

1. Go to the Home page → observe the banner spacing (correct) website
2. Navigate to Blogs or Community page
3. observe that the banner does not maintain the same margin from top and bottom as on the Home page.
