Make sure all required files have an Ensure statement in de nuke build #111
Description
Some of the files required by the images dont have a require statement in de Nuke build. As a result, user won't find out about the missing build untill they reach the statement in the docker build, which can take a long time.
For example. the XmlTransform dll doesn't have a require statement
