[Information request] MCP Tool Results

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way do see the raw output of the mcp tool i have been using. I'm in a scenario where i don't trust the output of a tool i am using. Is there a way to see the raw information the tool outputted? This is for a local tool not a mcp server over the internet.

Depends how you are invoking these tools. If you use MCP tools with the Chat class, you could simply watch the OnToolResultevent or use a custom IToolInvoker, maybe deriving from DefaultToolInvoker that does logging, etc.

You can run tools from that inspector page and see in real time what it returns.
