Describe the feature

add the option to specify arm architecture for defineFunction

Use case

we get way better cold starts for functions on arm.

Given that there is a lot of usage for smaller projects, cold starts are statistically more often in amp projects and this would improve the user exp a lot.

Hey @bogris, this is currently being tracked on #1820 as a feature request.
but you should be able to override the architecture for a function as following

backend.myApiFunction.resources.cfnResources.cfnFunction.architectures = [
  "arm64",
];
