after running command 'printf "\n\nStart session url: https://$ssoId.awsapps.com/start\nRegion: $AWS_REGION\nUsername: amplify-admin\n\n"' i couldnt find my user

I can see you're following the official Amplify Gen2 setup documentation. The issue is that you're running the printf command in your local terminal instead of AWS CloudShell.

Solution:

1. Go to https://docs.amplify.aws/gen2/start/account-setup/
2. Open AWS CloudShell from the AWS Console (footer)
3. Run the complete setup script first (the long multi-line command)
4. Then run the printf command to see your session info

The printf command only works in CloudShell because it uses variables ($ssoId, $AWS_REGION) set by the previous CloudShell commands.

For now, please use AWS CloudShell instead of your local terminal for these setup commands.
