"Deployment Failed" after "Setting up Source Control"

Hello,

I tried to deploy ToDoApp using the "Deploy to Azure" button. I'm getting a "Deployment Failed" after "Setting up Source Control". If I click "View Error" I get:

"The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'."

Any clue? Anything I could check?
