Change Export into Save & Export

Change these commands

into:
Save and Export SVG
Save and Export Melco/EXP
Save and Export Tajima/DST

And not only change the text, but also indeed save and then export. When saving for the first time then of course show the panel where the name can be filled in and the location chosen.

Motivation:
At workshops that I do, children share the laptop sequentially. When one is finished, the DST file is exported and the laptop can be used again by another child. When they later want to change their design after they see what the embroidered result looked like, the .xml file may not be present anymore, since they forgot to save it.
When always forcing the save to happen when exporting, this problem is fixed.

This is an interesting suggestion! Actually, last time an experienced user also lost his project.
It's quite often the case that programs auto save. We don't have this in TS.
